State to Create changed the way I do business, for good.

Before I was a business coach, I was a bioengineer, biohacker, corporate strategy consultant, and fitness coach. During that time I did a whole bunch of cool things and had a whole bunch of accomplishments. Some of them are: getting into Dartmouth with a 2.89 GPA, selling my first independent consulting project to my dream client for 15k, and becoming COO and co-owner of a global fitness company and raising 350k in funding.

I was getting into a State to Create before I even knew what that even meant.

 But when I sought to apply my corporate strategy experience to business coaching, here’s what I learned… No amount of market research, competitive landscapes,  financial modeling, and strategic marketing can make a business work if the human behind the business (every entrepreneur) has external influences, internal blind spots, unconscious fears, and ineffective mind, body, and energy management strategies holding them back from showing up energetically and serving powerfully.

So I took a deep dive into the New World of Energy: meditation, manifestation, spirituality, and all the woo woo. I sought to move beyond my own internal limiters and attain the ability to help my clients do the same. I invested thousands a month and hours a week on modalities like Reiki Healing, Network Spinal Analysis, Acupuncture, and Meditation. My first 1-hour with my Reiki Energy Healer was the most powerful hour of transformation of my life. I quickly started to tap into who I am at the core and trust my own intuition. I started to create from a vision of the future, present-minded focus, and no longer past programming or expectations. I became more open, more loving, more fun, more compassionate, and had so much more energy to give to my clients. This new energetic state transformed the way I approached business.

I pulled it all together to launch my ultimate business. And when I figured out how to not just grind and apply State to Create principles to my business, the results showed for themselves. I was able to hit 6 figures in 11 months, but what was cooler than that was that I was able to do that while living a freedom focused lifestyle, prioritizing my energy, and leading friends and clients to create happier, healthier, and more impactful lives.

In my life and business now, I’ve built a business that gives me freedom so I can help my clients achieve their own personal freedom. I’ve built a life that gives me energy so I can give that energy right back to my clients and to my world.

This is what I’ve realized...when you feel happy, healthy, and whole, helping yourself solve your big problems is easy and helping your clients solve their biggest problems is even easier.
